Getting a judgment against a defendant may not be the end of a lawsuit.  Instead, the process of using the judgment to collect money and assets may be complicated and require hard work.  Will has experience using discovery, investigators, and post-judgment motions to help clients purse debtor’s assets.

In addition, Will has experience taking judgments from other jurisdictions and registering them in the jurisdiction where a debtor has assets so that it can be used to collect those assets.  In particular, Will has domesticated judgments issued by courts outside of the United States.
